Job Title: Learning Disabilities & Autism Social Worker
Location: Surrey County Council - Surrey
Rate: Up to 38.69 per hour
Working Pattern: Hybrid 36 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Learning Disabilities & Autism (LD&A) Team in Surrey.

The Role

Manage a caseload of 15-20 adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism

Work with individuals who may also have dual diagnosis with mental health

Complete Section 42 safeguarding enquiries

Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies

The Team

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team with:
