Description
- Lead and manage site operations to achieve optimal performance and productivity circa 50 heads.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee maintenance and engineering activities to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, fostering a strong work ethic.
- Ensure customer requirements are met through effective operational planning.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Looking for someone that has already operated at Site Operations Lead or GM with a proven track record who can work autonomously
- Strong knowledge of Engineering & Manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet operational targets.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
