Multi-Line Claims Adjuster

We are excited to be working on behalf of an innovative and forward-thinking Insurance company who are recruiting for an Multi-Line Claims Adjuster to join their growing team.

Please be advised that this role is 100% remote, therefore applicants must be comfortable and at ease working from home.

As an Express Claims Adjuster, you will be handling high frequency, low value and low severity claims across a variety of lines including windscreen repairs, personal property, liability and pet claims.

Skills & Experience:

• Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
• Ability to work to system driven SLAs and workflows.
• Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
• Comfortable working in a fluid role in a fast-paced environment
• Pet, animal and/or livestock claims is desirable
