Your New Role
As the L&D Advisor, you will be the organisation's go-to specialist for all things learning and development. Sitting within the People Services team, you'll work closely with the People Services Lead and two HR Advisors, taking full accountability for designing, delivering and embedding learning across the business.
This is a hands-on, creative and highly visible role - perfect for an inquisitive, engaging L&D professional who has a passion for learning and development.
You'll be involved in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders - including the CEO - and will translate business priorities into practical, engaging learning solutions that support capability, culture and growth.
