SALES NEGOTIATOR - SOUTH EAST LONDON Dove & Hawk are working alongside an independent agency, who are on the hunt for a Sales Negotiator to join their office in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who wants to join a well established reputable company which can offer longevity in a collaborative environment. Duties:
- Registering new applicants.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
- Providing viewing feedback.
- Generating new valuation opportunities.
Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a residential sales role
Salary:£21,250 basic salary, £55,000 - £60,000 OTE + pool car Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm (5 day working week after probation)If this role is of interest, please contact Sophie Knowles on our agency and new homes desk quoting reference: 12002
