Role type: Temp to perm role£20.03 umbrella PAYE32k per year Perm40 hours per week8-5 Mon to FriHays are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Fabric / Handyperson to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing.Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance tasks across the office block.
• Repair and maintain taps, siphons, drains, and tanks.
• Unblock toilets and drainage systems.
• Adjust and repair door closers and hinges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering.
• Plumbing skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues.
