This well-established FE college is expanding its Electrical Apprenticeship provision and is looking to strengthen its delivery team. In this role you will manage a caseload of electrical apprentices, supporting them through their apprenticeship journey with vocational training, portfolio assessments, and coaching to help them successfully reach Gateway and End Point Assessment. You will work closely with progress reviewers, employer partners, and the central apprenticeship team to ensure apprentices receive high-quality support and achieve their qualifications on time.
