The Role

As HR Advisor, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice on policies, absence, performance, and employee relations.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, arranging interviews, and preparing offers.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction programmes.
  • Maintain accurate HR database records and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate Occupational Health appointments and manage benefit platforms.
  • Contribute to HR projects, audits, and training initiatives.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Coordinator or Advisor role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
