The successful applicant will be an experienced legal professional with deep knowledge of GMRA and GMSLA documentation and at least eight years of industry-based negotiation experience. They will demonstrate strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive negotiations confidently.
They will be highly articulate, adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels, and comfortable liaising directly with front office teams, clients and external counsel.
