The Senior Market Data Lawyer will be:
Advising on market data licensing and vendor agreements
Drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts
Supporting investment banking and trading teams on data usage matters
Managing legal risk and regulatory considerations across data services
Working closely with procurement, technology and compliance teams
Profile
The Senior Market Data Lawyer should be:
A solicitor with strong commercial contracts experience
Experienced advising on market data agreements within an investment bank
Familiar with vendor licensing arrangements and financial market data services
Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
