Key Responsibilities
Review and enhance the organisation's global Business Continuity and Operational Resilience framework
Support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans across multiple international offices
Lead and facilitate crisis management and scenario testing exercises
Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and recovery planning
Support the ongoing alignment of resilience frameworks with enterprise risk management processes
Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure consistency of resilience planning across locations
Contribute to training, testing and awareness programmes to strengthen organisational preparedness
Collaborate with risk, technology, facilities and security teams to ensure integrated resilience planning
Key Requirements
Strong experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Crisis Management
Experience implementing or enhancing enterprise-level resilience frameworks
Background within a global organisation or professional services environment
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation
Strong communication skills and experience presenting resilience frameworks to internal stakeholders
Knowledge of recognised resilience standards (e.g. ISO 22301) is beneficial
