Basic Salary: 26,180
On-Target Earnings (OTE): 36,000
Location: Sutton Coldfield (Office Based)



About the Role

Zachary Daniels are recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious brand for a Sales Executive to join a newly established team at an exciting stage of its development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new sales function within a fast-paced and evolving environment. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers make important decisions while also benefiting from a clear and rewarding commission structure.

As a Funeral Plan Sales Agent, you'll support customers in understanding their options and selecting the right plan for their needs. You'll combine strong customer service with confident sales ability to deliver excellent outcomes for both the customer and the business.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales conversations with customers

  • Understanding customer needs and confidently presenting the available funeral plan options

  • Converting enquiries into sales through engaging, ethical and effective conversations

  • Working towards clear sales targets and KPIs in a fast-moving environment

  • Contributing to a new and evolving team, where ideas and feedback are welcomed



What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales or contact centre experience (preferred but not essential)

  • A confident communicator with a positive and resilient attitude

  • Someone who is target-driven and motivated by earning commission

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • A team player who wants to grow with a new team and make an impact
