Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, and workforce planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on HR matters.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of training and development programmes.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
  • Monitor and manage HR budgets effectively.

Profile

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in leading change management and workforce transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A recognised HR qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Job Offer

  • Salary range from 63,000 to 77,000 per annum.
