Job Title: Lecturer in Early Years (Temporary) - Further Education College, Merseyside
Contract: Temporary, 27 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
Start Date: 16th March
Location: Merseyside
Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Early Years to join a leading Further Education college on a temporary basis.
You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students undertaking T Levels in Early Years, supporting them to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need for a rewarding career in childcare and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons and practical sessions aligned with the T Level Early Years curriculum.
Support student development, assessment, and progress tracking.
Contribute to curriculum planning and development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent) and experience in Further Education.
Knowledge and practical experience in Early Years education.
Experience teaching T Levels or vocational qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to student success.
