Profile

5+ years experience in an internal communications focused leadership role.
Proven experience in internal communications within a large enterprise or not-for-profit.
Strong understanding of communication strategies and their implementation.
Experience in change management is essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to implement strategies to engage employees at multiple levels across an organisation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
