Job Description

Robert Half are recruiting a Financial Controller role on a permanent basis with a growing organisation based in Swindon. This role would suit an experienced SME Financial Controller seeking longer term development into a Finance Director role.

The role

The Financial Controller will partner closely with the senior leadership team, giving oversight on the financial position of the business and supporting with strategic decision making. The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the production of monthly management accounts.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Financial analysis.
  • Managing the audit and being the point of contact for the auditors.
  • Year end reporting.
  • Managing a team including 1:1s and developing staff members.

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE.
  • Experience of working in an SME.
  • Experience within manufacturing/retail is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Package

  • £70,000 - £80,000 base salary.
  • Bonus scheme (10%).
  • Hybrid working (upon passing probation) 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.
  • Free onsite parking.
