Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and support the organisation of events or projects.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards in all administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office in Arden by supporting ad hoc tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Temp Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer
