Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator to come in and help out in the office for a few weeks

Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and support the organisation of events or projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards in all administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office in Arden by supporting ad hoc tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Temp Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of 14.00 - 17.00.
