Description

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be at the forefront of the business for existing clients supporting with a range of queries that come into the department.

You will be assisting clients over the telephone and email alongside webchat and other platforms ensuring each query is resolved to the highest standard providing an exceptional level of service.

The role will be working closely with external third parties supporting with any queries they may have and you will assist other members of the business chasing up documents and details required.

Profile

Previous customer service background this could be from a variety of sectors!

A confident telephone manner with excellent communication

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

A keen eye for detail with good organisation skills

An excellent team player
