Finance Director, Camberley, £120k + Bonus + Options

The job
- Own all core finance activities across the UK.
- Lead reporting, financial control, and statutory compliance.
- Upgrade processes, systems, and controls for scale.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Partner with senior leaders on strategy, investment, and performance.
- Deliver sharp, insightful board reporting.
- Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.
About you
- Qualified Accountant with strong technical grounding (5+ years pqe).
- FMCG/Consumer/Product experience (ideally).
- Proven financial control + core finance leadership.
- Hands-on mindset across reporting and month end.
- Commercial edge with confidence influencing senior leaders.
- Experience driving EBITDA and supporting growth in a PE-backed environment.
