Elevation Senior Finance are working exclusively with a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Northampton to recruit a Qualified Finance Business Partner into their thriving Finance function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded, qualified finance professional looking to step into a true business partnering role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will report into the Financial Controller and work closely with sales, operations, and senior stakeholders. Providing meaningful financial insight to support decision making and drive performance across the businessKey Responsibilities as a Finance Business Partner:

• Acting as a finance partner to operations, sales and non-finance stakeholders
• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Supporting cost control, margin analysis and operational performance
• Developing and improving financial reporting and MI
• Assisting with year-end and audit processes
• Driving continuous improvement across finance processes

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
• Previous experience within a manufacturing (or similar) environment is strongly preferred
• Strong management accounts and analytical experience
• Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders
• Commercially curious with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
