My client is seeking a skilled HR Officer Data Specialist to join their team. This role is until the end of March initally but could be extended for the right candidate.
This role really is a golden unicorn role as it is a traditional HR Officer with elements of being tech savy and a interest in data.
As part of the company's growth and transition to a new HR and finance system, they are embarking on a data migration project. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent data entry skills and proficiency in handling large databases and advanced Excel functions.

As an HR Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in migrating our HR and finance data to the new system accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be entering, validating, and reconciling HR-related data from various sources into the new system. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely for the majority of the time, with one day per week in the office.
