What You ll Do
- Run your own section confidently during service
- Lead when senior chefs are off
- Support and guide junior team members

What We re Looking For
- Experience as a CDP in a fresh food kitchen
- Exposure to Rosette or quality-led kitchens preferred
- Confident leading during busy service
- Strong organisation and food safety knowledge
- Ambition to step into Junior Sous responsibility
