An experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor is sought to join a laid-back and supportive team in Ayr. This role is ideal for a professional with at least 2 years post-qualification experience who can work self-sufficiently under director supervision. The office offers a relaxed environment without high-pressure targets or time recording, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handling legal matters related to residential and commercial property efficiently and autonomously.
• Providing expert legal advice and services to a diverse client base.
• Managing and overseeing property transactions from inception to completion.
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential and commercial property law.
• Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
