We are currently recruiting for a dedicated School Administrator to join a friendly and supportive school in Newcastle on a long-term temporary basis.As a School Administrator, you'll play an essential part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily office operations and front-of-house duties
• Managing phone and email enquiries
• Handling attendance, admissions, and general pupil data
• Providing administrative support to teaching and leadership staff
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school policies
• Assisting with parent communication and general office coordination

What We're Looking For

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
• School experience is desirable but not essential
• Enhanced DBS is required (or willingness to obtain one)
