The Role
As an Area Retail Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers across your region
- Drive sales, profit and KPI performance across multiple locations
- Ensure operational excellence and brand consistency
- Translate Head Office strategy into successful in-store execution
- Build high-performing teams and strong succession pipelines
- Analyse data and identify commercial growth opportunities
- Lead change and influence Managers across your territory
What We're Looking For
- Proven multi-site retail management experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of results
- Inspirational leadership style with a passion for developing talent
- Data-driven decision maker
- Resilient, adaptable and solution-focused
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Experience within; Fashion, Big Box, Grocery or Specialist Retail.
