Axon Moore are exclusively recruiting for a fast-growing management business. This is a perfect opportunity for a first-time mover from practice (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with an audit background looking to make the transition into industry within a high-performing finance team.Key Responsibilities:

• Management accounts, reporting packs & reconciliations
• MI, budgeting, forecasting & analysis
• Client & stakeholder management
• Month-end close, audit support
• Mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Audit experience (practice)
• Strong Excel & attention to detail

Package:

• Up to £50,000 + up to 5% bonus
• Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
