Lead Principal ERP Consultant - (Finance & Manufacturing)

Location: Remote - must be based in UK / EIRE

This is your chance to step into a high-impact, senior leadership role driving some of the most exciting Epicor ERP programmes in the region.

What You'll Own

Lead full-cycle Epicor projects across:

• Record-to-Report (R2R) & multi-company financials
• Plan-to-Produce (P2P) & manufacturing optimisation
• Order-to-Cash (O2C) & Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Intercompany trading, cost controls, data migration & solution design

You'll be the expert voice shaping how clients transform their operations.

Lead the Team

We're looking for someone who can:

• Mentor and manage 5 Functional and Technical Consultants
• Review designs, ensure quality delivery & raise standards
• Drive best practice across Finance & Manufacturing processes

A true leadership role with real influence.

What You Bring

• Epicor functional consulting experience (previous from current role is fine)
• Deep Finance & Manufacturing expertise
• Strong stakeholder confidence - including C-suite
• Proven ability to deliver complex ERP solutions
