Looking for your next challenge in a high-spec residential scheme? We're seeking a confident, charismatic Estates Manager to lead a concierge team, oversee contractors, and ensure a seamless resident experience.
What you'll do:

Manage and inspire a large concierge team.

Liaise with cleaning and maintenance contractors.

Oversee day-to-day operations, from building systems to resident services.

Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and customer care.
What we're looking for:

Strong, confident personality with edge - can hold your own!

Experience managing large residential teams or developments.

Hands-on operational knowledge: boilers, lifts, general building systems etc.

Personable, adaptable and service-focused.
