Reporting into the Executive Director of Corporate Services you will lead a newly restructured HR and OD function. As part of the Executive Leadership you will be a trusted partner to the Executive Group and CEO.
Key responsibilitiesYou should be an experienced HR Director or an HR Leader with a track record of leading, coaching and managing an HR function in a complex environment. Experience of driving cultural change and performance improvement needs to be combined with experience of developing and implementing people strategies. A proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with Executive and Board colleagues is essential. A values-led approach and an ability to make an impact from day one is also essential.
