Pay: up to 47.50p/hr

Location: South Devon

NonStop's client, based in the Southwest, is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their Duty and Assessment team on a locum basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team delivering high-quality safeguarding services.
• Quality assure practice and manage staff performance and development.
• Model a restorative approach in work with children, families, and partners.
• Oversee safeguarding and court work to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• A driver
• 3 years permanent experience within the local authority as per DFE
• Experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work
