Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the efficient management of confidential information and documentation.
  • Co-ordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms appropriately.
  • Oversee office management including, ordering stationary and supplies as needed.
  • Be the first point of contact for all external vendors, including IT and building maintanance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A professional and approachable attitude with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
  • Desirable but NOT necessary: proficient in another European language, alongside English.
