Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the efficient management of confidential information and documentation.
- Co-ordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms appropriately.
- Oversee office management including, ordering stationary and supplies as needed.
- Be the first point of contact for all external vendors, including IT and building maintanance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A professional and approachable attitude with attention to detail.
- Resourceful and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
- Desirable but NOT necessary: proficient in another European language, alongside English.
