Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Overseeing the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analysing market trends and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Managing and allocating marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing team.
  • Ensuring brand positioning across all channels.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

  • Proven expertise in marketing strategy within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrable experience within strategy development.
  • Experience within Own/Private Label & branded environments is preferable.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • The ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

A salary of up to 75,000 + benefits is on offer for the successful candidate
