We're looking for multiple hands-on Senior Software Engineers to join a product-led organisation in Manchester (Spinningfields). You'll own end-to-end delivery: writing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production systems, with DevOps responsibilities included.

What You'll Need to be our Senior Software Engineer (Java)

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Serverless/Lambda, Node, and TypeScript
• Proven track record in full SDLC ownership
• Product-focused mindset, collaborative, and passionate about modern engineering practices

What You'll Do as the Senior Software Engineer (Java)

• Lead feature delivery and collaborate with product and design teams
• Write, test, deploy, and maintain production systems with a focus on security and reliability
• Mentor team members and champion best practices (TDD, pairing, CI/CD)
• Use AI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT) to improve delivery and code quality
