We are delighted to be partnering with a small but mighty conservation charity - British Trust for Ornithology, who are dedicated to using science to understand and protect wildlife populations in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation as Head of Fundraising, reporting to the Director of Engagement. This role is perfect for someone motivated by strategic leadership, developing high-performing teams, and driving sustainable income growth. There is a really exciting national campaign about to launch and you will have the chance to deliver strong income growth linked to this.
As part of this exciting role, you will lead, inspire, and manage a multi?disciplinary fundraising team across individual giving, legacies, major donors, trusts and foundations, and corporate partnerships. You will shape and deliver the organisation s fundraising strategy, steward key supporter relationships, and oversee the development of compelling fundraising content and campaigns.
