CNC Setter

35,000 - 40,000 + Monday to Friday + Days + Training + Company Benefits

Southampton (Commutable from: Bournemouth, Salisbury Waterlooville, Andover, Winchester)

Do you have CNC experience, looking for a Monday to Friday, days-based position with a rapidly growing business offering further training and development opportunities.

This well-established company specialises in the design and manufacturing of specialist equipment across a range of sectors. Due to recent success, they are looking to expand their close-knit team.


In this varied role, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery. You will conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure continuous improvement. The role is days-based, Monday - Friday.

This role would suit a CNC Technician looking for a varied, days-based role within a close, tight-knit environment.

  • CNC Setter
  • Monday - Friday, Day-based
  • Training on 3D/2D software


The Person:

  • Composite experience (Plastics and Wood)
  • Looking for a days-based role
  • Rhino 3D
