Day Rate: 250 (Outside IR35)

Location: Based from Derby with UK-wide projects

Package: Includes mileage (27p/m), all overnight accommodation, and a meal allowance

The Opportunity:

• 100% Commercial Focus: Your workload will consist entirely of commercial surveys, primarily within healthcare environments across the nation.
• Dual Responsibility: This is a dynamic role where you will not only conduct vital management and re-inspection surveys but also deliver essential asbestos management training to on-site duty-holders and key stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A qualified Asbestos Surveyor holding either BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3.
• You must have at least 6 months of experience conducting R&D surveys in commercial properties post-qualification.
• A professional with a passion for safety and the ability to confidently present training materials.
• Someone who is prepared for nationwide travel and enjoys the variety of working on different sites.
