Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals
Lettings Manager The salary package on offer is very impressive with a £30,000 basic salary plus an initial 6-month salary guarantee of £50,000 with then a 6-month review and if need be, the salary guarantee may be extended. Lettings Manager You will work for an established and market leading Estate Agency brand who presently concentrate on Residential Sales who are now looking to establish themselves in Residential Lettings. They have a small property portfolio at present of 20 managed properties which they are looking to expand on. There already exists a large database of multiple landlords who are both investors and developers and you will have a marketing budget. Property Management is currently outsourced so what a breath of fresh air this position holds for a Letting Agent who just wants to go after new business so you will actively be growing the business by driving Lettings listings to the market for let and then subsequently carrying out the viewings and then once the file is fully compliant and ready for the tenant to move in this will then be passed to Property Management. The role requires someone with a strong understanding of property legislation and compliance. Lettings Manager Would ideally suit someone already working as a Lettings Manager in a relatively small branch, or alternatively, a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager in a larger company who believes there are limited opportunities to progress their career further with their existing employer and has limited earning potential. This will be a one person Lettings operation to start with whilst you grow the business, and you will work within an environment that very much has a family feel to it and you will work in an office where there exists a team of 5 in Sales. Lettings Manager We are seeking a dynamic, driven and hungry Lettings Manager to lead business growth through acquisition of new managed properties. You will be focused on obtaining new lettings and managed properties and reignite relationships with landlords. You will need to be able to work at speed as it is a very fast paced environment. Someone who likes pressure. If you consider yourself to be a team player then we have a refreshing position available for a multi skilled Letting Agent with strong selling and closing skills. Lettings Manager £30,000 basic salary. Initial 6-month salary guarantee of £50,000 with then a 6-month review and if need be, the salary guarantee may be extended.
