The Opportunity
As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a brand ambassador from day one. The Sales Assistant role is central to delivering a high-touch, consultative customer journey, ensuring every customer receives expert advice and a premium in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, premium customer experience as a Sales Assistant
- Build strong relationships with customers and local sporting communities
- Drive store sales and exceed individual and team KPIs

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, stock control, and operational standards

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in premium retail, sports retail, or a customer-focused environment
