Description
- Act as a strategic partner to the business and SLT, using data to make informed decisions
- Lead on a major piece of transformation work
- Advise on TUPE projects
- Provide accurate advice on ER related issues
- Support wider HR teams to drive forward the people plan
Profile
The successful candidate will need to have;
- Proven track record operating as HR BP, driving projects and supporting organisational change
- Proven track record leading projects such as TUPE, restructures etc
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Credible HR leader
- CIPD qualified (L5 or L7)
