Client Details

Our client is a medium sized organisation based in the West Midlands.

Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to the business and SLT, using data to make informed decisions
  • Lead on a major piece of transformation work
  • Advise on TUPE projects
  • Provide accurate advice on ER related issues
  • Support wider HR teams to drive forward the people plan

Profile

The successful candidate will need to have;

  • Proven track record operating as HR BP, driving projects and supporting organisational change
  • Proven track record leading projects such as TUPE, restructures etc
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Credible HR leader
  • CIPD qualified (L5 or L7)
