We are supporting a South West London based organisation in their search for an HR Business Partner
This role will provide strategic HR Business Partner support to a Children and Families Directorate and the key focus will be on restructuring and Workforce Planning
You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR & OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies
We are looking for a forward thinking HR Generalist (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in supporting organisations through change with a proactive, strategic lens.
To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally Local Government.
This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contracts and include hybrid working (3 days a week in South West London, 2 days a week from home)
