We are seeking an experienced Interim Fire Safety Project Manager to oversee and manage fire safety compliance and improvement projects within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in property and fire safety management.

Description
As the Interim Fire Safety Project Manager, you will:
- Manage fire safety improvement projects across multiple properties in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and implement necessary actions to address findings.
- Ensure all fire safety systems and equipment are maintained and compliant with current standards.
- Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety matters to the organisation.
- Monitor and review fire safety policies and procedures to ensure continued compliance.
- Support the team in promoting a culture of safety and compliance across the organisation.
- Work with cladding remediation programmes.
- Support the Director and Fire / Health & Safety teams.
Profile
A successful Interim Fire Safety Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in fire safety management, preferably within the property or not-for-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing fire safety projects and liaising with external contractors.
- Ability to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Relevant fire safety qualifications or certifications.
- Needs to be in North London every week.
