  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Advise and support managers on employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary matters.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Deliver training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives that align with business goals.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR advisory or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
