A leading professional services firm requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their small Talent team to support with the full recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from role briefing through to offer and on-boarding
  • Working closely with the current Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Proactively source candidates working closely with hiring managers
  • Screen, shortlist and interview candidates
  • Ensure seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage
  • Coordinate interviews and support with on-boarding
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal hiring policies

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience of 'In-house' recruitment
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
