Transformation Project Manager

A great opportunity has arisen within our healthcare client as a Transformation Project Manager. In this permanent role, you'll have the opportunity to drive impactful change and make a tangible difference managing a wide range of projects With a competitive salary range of 50,000 to 56,000, this is an exceptional chance to apply your expertise in transformation and change project management, particularly within the public sector and healthcare industry. You will be required to work onsite 2 days a week in the East midlands and must be able to drive.

• Lead and deliver complex transformation initiatives that deliver improvements for residents, families and employees and ensure the long term success of the Trust
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate the challenges of change and drive successful outcomes
• Contribute to the strategic vision of our organisation as they evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of the healthcare sector.

• Proven track record in managing transformation and change projects within the public sector, ideally in healthcare
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive project plans
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
• Proficient in utilising project management tools and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.

• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or a healthcare-related discipline
• Experience using workday would be very advantageous
• Experience working in the healthcare or public sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities
