Full Time Permanent £12.21 p/h rising to £12.71 from 1st April

REED are delighted to be recruiting for a growing manufacturing company in Co Antrim Due to increased production volumes, we are seeking reliable, hands on Production Operatives to join a busy food & beverage production environment.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates coming from industrial, warehouse, machine operating or manufacturing backgrounds - however, full training is provided, and motivated trainees are welcome.

️ Key Responsibilities

You will support the smooth running of a fast paced production line, including:

• Operating a range of production and packaging machinery.
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately.
• Setting up machinery during product and line changes.
• Assisting in preparation of recipes.
• Supporting fault finding and reporting technical issues.
• Maintaining strict housekeeping, hygiene and food safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

• Good physical fitness - able to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
• Strong hygiene and food safety awareness.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Due to the location of the client's premises, there is no public transport that leaves you close by, so a Driver would be preferred
• Previous production experience beneficial but not essential. Training provided.

Pay & Benefits

• £12.21 p/h per hour rising to £12.71 from April 26
• Company pension.
• On site parking
