Overview of the role:
To provide administrative support our manufacturer client in Rochdale.
This is a full time role working Monday to Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing orders on the system
- Updating the order book
- Check system is showing correct stock
- Creating cutting specification sheets
- Communicating with the pleaters
- Processing invoices
- General office administration tasks
Skills, experience and education requirements:
- Good PC/administration skills
- Good excel skills
- An excellent communicator
- Customer focused
- Ready to get stuck in and support the team
- Meticulous for getting things right first time
- Well organised and good at prioritising multiple tasks
