Job Description

Overview of the role:

To provide administrative support our manufacturer client in Rochdale.

This is a full time role working Monday to Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders on the system
  • Updating the order book
  • Check system is showing correct stock
  • Creating cutting specification sheets
  • Communicating with the pleaters
  • Processing invoices
  • General office administration tasks

Skills, experience and education requirements:

  • Good PC/administration skills
  • Good excel skills
  • An excellent communicator
  • Customer focused
  • Ready to get stuck in and support the team
  • Meticulous for getting things right first time
  • Well organised and good at prioritising multiple tasks
