We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Direct Dialogue to lead one of the most strategically important Income Generation programmes. This high-profile role will shape the long-term vision for face-to-face acquisition across both cause-led and lottery products, driving sustainable growth and building meaningful supporter relationships. You ll oversee a hybrid in-house and agency model, manage multi-million-pound investment, and ensure the delivery of exceptional and compliant supporter experiences across the UK.
Working closely with senior leaders across Individual Giving and the wider organisation, you will champion the role of Direct Dialogue in the supporter journey, influence strategy, and lead integrated projects that enhance loyalty, value and organisational impact. You ll provide highly visible leadership to field-based teams, ensuring alignment, innovation, and a culture rooted in inclusion, wellbeing and performance.
