- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Organise and manage documentation, ensuring accurate filing and retrieval systems.
- Support the planning and execution of events and meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with general office administration tasks as required.

Profile
A successful Executive Assistant (EA) should have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in the energy and natural resources sector is advantageous.
