What you'll be doing
As a Team Manager, you ll lead and manage a team of Housing Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers living in our supported housing properties. Both services support young people aged , and one of the services is OFSTED registered. You ll provide guidance, supervision, and development opportunities for your team while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role is about empowering your team, driving performance, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers from day one.
