Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the production process of retail products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Following production schedules and instructions to meet deadlines.
• Conducting quality checks on products and reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of products to company standards.
• Maintain accurate stock control, including monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Prepare and organise products for dispatch, ensuring correct quantities and packaging requirements are met.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Support with goods in/out, including receiving deliveries and updating stock records.
• Work collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets.
• Keep work areas clean and organised, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols
